Nant Mill
The Nant Mill Visitor Centre nestles in beautiful ancient woodland alongside the River Clywedog and offers a fascinating insight into the life of the Clywedog Valley, with a variety of displays.
We have enjoyed many trips to Nant Mill and explored the natural surroundings
Year 3 and 4 did an Autumnal walk in the morning where the children collected natural materials ready for our natural art work in the afternoon. Children collected leaves, sticks, acorns, conkers, pinecones and other materials. We walked to Nant Mill and along to the Bersham side. In the afternoon children created pictures of nocturnal animals using the natural materials and did some sketching from photos taken as well.
